Sales Operations Analyst - Global Reporting

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of product strategies and financial initiatives to align our Sales Team through data driven metrics.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and data structure as well as connected processes / systems to be able to quickly design and deliver any ad hoc reporting needed in relation to Sales metrics.
  • Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast consolidation and analysis.
  • Generate weekly metric reports & provide analysis for Sales top management.
  • Consolidate regional reports and analytics.
  • Assist in all facets of sales planning, inclusive of regular updates to quotas, headcount and sales plan, work with HR and Finance to ensure alignment.
  • Develop comprehensive pipeline reporting tools.
  • Verify Salesforce updates ensure all information are updated and available to all users.
  • Drive standards of performance and measurement that is consistent with predefined success criteria for the sales organization;
  • track and report on these activities on a periodic basis.

  • Manage any ad hoc analysis as required by the business.
  • Work with IT in ensuring definitions are aligned for sales related items across the company.

  • 2-5 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations or Finance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • Ability to lead by influence.
  • Superior Logical and Analytical skills mixed with curiosity for business understanding.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess & adjust quickly to changing priorities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office including advanced Excel skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision.
  • Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (verbal & written), any other language is a plus.
  • Experience using CRM applications (Salesforce is a plus) and Pricing tools.
