Summary of the role
The Account Management Director will lead an experienced team of Account Managers and New Business Sales across Turkey and Greece in forging deep customer relationships to drive growth and retention by collaborating with internal partners to deliver exceptional service and a valuable solution.
This leader will help to drive a sustainable pipeline of opportunities in order to maximize customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue growth aligned to key, strategic and pursuit accounts.
Responsibilities you will perform :
Lead and develop Account Management & New Business Sales team : assigns work, identify resources, monitors results, controls costs and manages staff, interprets internal and external business issues and recommend solutions
Build the talent strategy to develop existing talents, drive employee engagement and inclusion
Oversee all commercial activities within accounts, owning the end to end customer relationship
Maintain solid understanding of Refinitiv propositions to initiate conversations and raise interest
Drive efficiency in account administration especially for lower value and growth potential accounts
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
Leadership experience is required
Preferable leadership background at :
Financial / capital markets industry Software companies with focus on financial institutions within Sales / Relationship Management / Account Management divisions Corporate Banking or Commercial Banking within Sales / Relationship Management / Account Management divisions
Full proficiency in either Turkish or Greece
Full working proficiency in English
Shown ability to handle within a matrix environment, collaborate across multiple departments / organizations and influence at all levels
Ability to empower, coach and mentor the team in a customer facing environment
Strong customer service skills
Deep understanding of the customer decision maker’s strategies, priorities and needs
Ability to deliver results through development of key sales and revenue metrics
You will be even more competitive if you have :
Deep financial markets understanding and understanding of market data
Industry qualifications (CFA, MBA, FRM, MFE, CFE etc.)
Knowledge of actual financial technologies and IT solutions for financial institutions, readiness to collaborate both with business departments and IT
Training or related experience
