Role overview : The Concur solution expert covers any topics related to applications lifecycle, and also involved in projects requested by Business related applications.
This position will focus mainly on the Finance domain, notably to manage Concur application and integration with other systems.
Job scope / Dimensions :
Concur EMEA platform (6500 users approximately), potential coverage of other Concur platforms (NA, Mexico)
Applications : Concur + interfaces with other systems (ERP, HR ).
Project ongoing : EMEA business travel project (Concur travel module), Continuous improvement for Concur expenses (ex : Demat travel notes recipes in France, lodged card flow.
Concur Platform harmonization.

Responsibilities and Duties
Key tasks & responsibilities :
Manage application maintenance activities and involved in application projects.
Oversee and control applicative roadmaps associated with his / her application(s) scope.
Manage relationships with external support teams when needed.
Follow the application budget associated with Project and Application.
Ensure service performance quality in terms of cost, deadline and quality with his / her application(s) scope.
Interact with infrastructure teams to ensure the performance of the application portfolio.
Participate in Application Teams DRP for the application portfolio in conjunction with the respective business stakeholders and IT infrastructure teams.
As Application expert you need to manage the following aspects :
Owner of application account provisioning and de-provisioningThe application owner will provision or add a new user to the application using the principles of least privilege and need to know.
The application owner will de-provision or remove access to an existing user to the application as soon as possible (within one business day or earlier).
Owner of application role management assignments and changes (updating existing users)Set up the roles and the corresponding scope within each role in the application.
E.g. Admin role or data entry role.Manage the roles assignment.
Review and AuditReview periodically the roles, roles assignments and user’s access within the application.Document the periodic review, if not already available through the application catalog.
Perform checks, provide evidence requested by auditors (internals or externals).
Maintain the solution, manage changes and lead / involved in the project activities for IT scopeMaintain the technical configuration in the responsibility of Imerys.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business or related discipline.
Min. 3 years of practical experience in projects related to Concur (ex : expense, travel, P-card...).
Experienced in Concur implementation for data collection, test, and training and production administration.Data collection for configuration : Expenses module, travel module, lodged card / P card / corporate card, central reconciliation, master data "traveler, cost centers, projects, tax code, expense type,.
Interfaces administration for HR (Workday), for ERPs (SAP ), for other applications / information providers (lodged card transactions, travel card transactions, P-card transactions...)
Basic knowledge of finance and accounting practices
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an asset.
Knowledge and experience with IT infrastructure and development.
