    As a Team Lead , you will provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team. You will implement escalation channels in accordance with mutually agreed upon procedures.

    You will lead a high-performing team through an exciting transition to build problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical and technical capabilities which will enable the department to develop deeper, more scalable solutions.

    You will establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results.

    You will also identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication.

    Requirements :

    So, what is it we’re looking for?

    Well since this is a Team Lead we need someone with ideally 12 months or more of prior relevant people management experience, campaign / client management skills, sales, B2B, account management, consultive etc.

    Must speak

    fluent English and oTurkish.

    Now let’s get technical.

    We’re looking for someone who is a strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

    Someone with experience following KPIs, providing constructive criticism and implementing corrective action plans.

    What else?

    Well, we need someone who has a high-level understanding of customer confidentiality standards and also has a passion for the development of teammates.

    This role requires flexibility as we are a 24 / 7 business and the shifts will be rotating.
