So what does a TaskUs Corporate Recruiter really do?
Think of yourself as a gatekeeper responsible for selecting ridiculously good talent who exemplify our culture and core values.
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will perform day- to-day recruitment functions and duties that include all stages of a full cycle recruitment, job analysis, profiling, screening, meeting hiring managers and selection, documentation and reporting.
You are also a resource for creative recruitment practices that help deliver the best candidate experience in the industry.
The purpose of this role is to successfully identify top talent for all corporate support requisitions across Europe. Additionally, you will ensure candidates for all open requisitions are efficiently sourced and an active pipeline of candidates is maintained.
2 - 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in Europe
Written and verbal fluency in English
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or other relevant field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and database management skills
Experience recruiting for various types of roles (mid, senior, leadership etc.)
Proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications system
Experience with applicant tracking systems-Workday would be a huge plus
Unrelenting work ethic and passion for Recruiting and producing results
Working knowledge of recruitment processes and workflows
