Our Cloud Operations team is responsible for our production workloads in all our cloud environments, including delivery, performance tuning, cost and architecture optimization, monitoring, and alerting.
In a nutshell, bringing a continuous improvement mentality to keeping the lights on. This environment allows for exposure to many innovative technologies across all three of the major cloud service providers.
In this role, you will be working with a core team of other Cloud Operation Engineers, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with teams in cybersecurity, product development, finance, customer success, and others.

Your Role :
Be a part of an on-call rotation to help support our next-generation platform as it goes into production
Be a technical mentor for the team in services that support modern architectures (namely Kubernetes)
Work closely with our Cloud Infrastructure and Dev Ops team to support hand-offs and knowledge transfers.
Work closely with application owners to ensure monitoring is scoped and accurate
Identify adequate monitoring and alerting to ensure compliance with SLAs
Work to automate everything
Your Background :
5+ years of experience with operational support of production workloads
Strong cloud infrastructure experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
Strong Linux system administration
Strong Kubernetes experience
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work with a range of teams and skill sets
What will make you stand out :
Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Harness, GitHub, and GitHub actions
Familiarity with production IoT workloads (device and cloud)
Experience supporting CI / CD pipelines and automation for both infrastructure and code
Most of your work will make it into the final product (the rest is experimentation, pet projects, etc.)
Hybrid work in Kraków or remotely anywhere in Poland
