Responsibilities
Identify leads for special concrete applications and assist specifiers and architects in specifying their application
Develop strong relationships with the built environment (architects, technical firms, consultants, suppliers, and regional technical authorities) to identify needs for new special concrete products and assist in their development and specification
Promote Interbeton special products in high-profile projects to strengthen brand name and product awareness
Provide civil engineering / technical support to customers and projects involving special concrete products, during the design and construction phases
Offer technical expertise in project implementation phases, to ensure special product compliance according to design specifications and Safety standards
Support Quality Control function by validating product specifications and design characteristics at project level
Develop technical expertise to assist Quality Control function in adjusting mix designs and improve special concrete performance
Ensure that all project Health and Safety standards are met
May be required to travel to different construction sites within Greece up to 25% of time
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
3-5 years of relevant civil engineering construction experience and project execution
Ability to comprehend and develop contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
Knowledge of concrete testing and quality control procedures
Experience in concrete works, maintenance, and finishes
Knowledge of industrial concrete manufacturing processes
SAP Experience will be considered as an asset
Knowledge of Project Management and CAD packages will be considered a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
Proven communication & cooperation skills
Solid research and analytical skills with great attention to detail and focus on accuracy
