The role will have a wide network within the Company. He / she will provide analytical support for the overall end-to-end automation lifecycle management, support in driving and delivering automation / RPA cases from ideation, process mapping, participate in process automation product development, measure benefit realized through automations, and develop tools and solutions for the automation lifecycle management.
Responsibilities :
Actively drive discovery efforts / assessment workshops together with the business units within the Company as part of demand & pipeline management, develop and re-engineer process flow.
Be responsible for analysing identified automation use-cases, develop respective automation profiles and provide functional and operational recommendations to internal functional teams & business stakeholders
Engage the business units during the ideation process in validating automation technology fitness with suggestions and support them on qualifying automation ideas to concrete business case and product backlog.
Work closely with the Head of Automation
Works with the Solution Architect and to create an implementation plan for the RPA solution designed and also works closely with RPA Developers throughout development, testing and deployment
Acts as communication bridge between the Automation product team and the business stakeholders
Act as a single point of contact for process Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support ideation efforts, assessment of use-cases and creation of Process Definition Documents (PDDs) as part of process mapping.
Be responsible for quality assuring PDDs and act as an integral layer between business units and the technical automation product team during the solution design, development, and maintenance of automation product.
Take an active role in further improving and professionalizing our automation implementation standards / best practices, including processes, tools, templates, systems, and ways of working.
Interacts with business stakeholders to present automation sources of value, validates the results and monitors KPIs for the automation product
Required experience and skills :
Master’s degree, preferable in Business Administration, Economics, computer science, Finance, management Information Systems, Business or related field
A strong and demonstrated interest in business / digital transformation & automations especially in operations or process consultancy in areas such as : idea to offer, demand to quote, order to fulfilment, issue to resolution, invoice to cash, record to report, hire to retire, information / data management, with 3-5 years of experience
Experience from working within cross-functional teams, driving large and complex exercises on process-oriented improvements, process simplifications & standardization
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Fluent in written and spoken English) and cross-cultural relationship capabilities
Proficient user of Microsoft suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Build relationships and communicate effectively to positively influence peers and other stakeholders, with good networking and influencing skills
Nice to have :
Exposure to automation tools (AA / UI Path / Blue Prism), hands-on experience
Experience from lean and / or process improvement
experience with working agile (e.g., in a SAFe framework environment)
Experience in Global in-house Centres and Shared Services advisory
