As an eCommerce specialist, you will have the responsibility to execute and develop the fastest growing channel in RB Healthcare and implement an innovative set of 4ps and execution across all eCommerce available platforms : online pharmacies, pure players and bricks & clicks.
You will have the opportunity to shape the future in online sales for brands like Dettol, Durex, Veet and Scholl and expand their eCommerce touchpoints to meet the needs of the online consumer and drive Net Revenue, Gross Margin and Market Share improvement for RB.
Manages and executes eCommerce business and expansion in Pure Players, online Pharmacies and Bricks & Clicks
Drives Net Revenue, %Trade Investment, %Gross Margin, Market Shares, and Distribution in all eCommerce touchpoints
Design, Budget, propose, execute and monitor short and midterm customers’ action plan
Manage the relationship at a middle level within the customer’s organisation
Lead and execute eCommerce 4ps across platforms
Summary of Responsibilities
Designs and executes eCommerce trade marketing plans with regards to customer investment, distribution, sales, promotions and pricing in order to achieve Net Revenue, Trade Investment, Gross Margin and Market Share targets
Manages Service to Online Pharmacies, Bricks & Clicks and Pure Players providing clear recommendations on how to maximize their categories and RB business.
Explores new ways to achieve better conversion through our new marketing strategies and channels. Connects with customers’ digital and marketing teams to ensure positive business flow and execution.
Constantly test & learn development of 4P Picture of Success for eCommerce business across all channels.
Owns the development, update and distribution of content through direct or 3rd party platforms.
Interfaces with marketing team and E-BU for best in class content and production processes.
Manages integrated data from all shops and 3rd party providers and ensures RB leverages full value from data we acquire.
Makes the brand(s) more competitive by identifying customer 4P gaps and opportunities and proposing corrective actions, promotions and messages.

University / higher education degree
Excellent command of English
