Role purpose :
As a Training Supervisor you will be responsible for manage the initiation, development and implementation of the training departments both in class room and remote training.
You will be required to assess current training and development systems, enhance and develop new training programs to enhance productivity and quality .
You will also be required to conduct research to identify specific staff training role is accountable also to develop digital training material in cooperation with instructional designer and developers of the Training Supervisor should help Contact center frontliners to acquire knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing should be proficient in training methodologies and demonstrate superior teamwork abilities.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
Designing and administering training programs.
Providing expertise in development design.
Identifying training needs and providing recommendations on programs and activities to address learning, development and cultural areas
Participates in the development of annual training plan and ensure its efficient implementation according to business objective and training priorities
Reviews training feedback to identify areas of improvement and provides respective recommendations
Widely scans the environment to keep up and bring in the latest research, practices and technology

Very good English written and oral
Must have technical / professional qualifications :
Bachelor in adults education and learning
Experience in Learning & Development especially in project management of learning and development programs
Certified Professional in training management
Outstanding knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies
A minimum of 3 years experience in training and development management
