The customer support team is responsible for ensuring any issues our customers are having are resolved in a timely manner.
As a part of the customer support team, you will work directly with our customers, leveraging your subject matter expertise and internal teams were needed to resolve issues, the team is also responsible for identifying trends in customer queries and issues, which is achieved through categorizing issues within our ticketing system.
This position will be located in one of the Nordic countries and reports to the Senior Manager Customer Support / Success.
Exceptional written and spoken Scandinavian (Norwegian / Swedish / Danish) and English language skills (any additional European language is welcomed)
Relevant University degree, e.g., Agronomy, Marketing, Communications
Understanding and experience or interest in agriculture, farming, and precision agriculture
Experience in a customer-facing role
Proven track record of high achievement against SLA goals and metrics
Ability to solve complex customer problems and act as a single point of contact for the customer
Experience with Zendesk or a similar ticketing system
