Responsibilities
As part of a new international business initiative , you develop in our mixed agile teams based on technologies like (Java (EE), Spring / Springboot, Hibernate) and are in close interaction with our clients and stakeholders
You discuss and record requirements together with our team and bring in your technical expertise
You will take care of the relationship with the business customers in order to understand their needs and expectations .
The customer feels well advised and supported by you from the first proof-of-concept to the executable product
You have an eye on quality and share your experience in code reviews or pair programming sessions with other colleagues
As part of our team, you will contribute to the continuous development of our corporate culture and team spirit. Plus you will guide and coordinate junior resources in order to get their best contribution

Qualifications
We are looking forward to your successfully completed university studies in computer science comparable courses of study and 4+ years of working experience
Very good knowledge of backend technologies such as Java-EE, SPRING, SPRING BOOT, testing, component frameworks
You are interested in cloud solutions and serverless architectures as well as in technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
You have experience in project management and communication tools (Scrum, Kanban, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Git, Slack)
You are a strong team player with good communication skills in English, who thinks in terms of solutions and also actively offers them
