Within this framework, we are looking for an agile and highly-motivated " Implementation and Support Engineer for Contact Centers " to join a team of future shapers.

The successful candidate will work in a team of highly skilled professionals in order to deploy, configure, integrate and support innovative solutions from contact center market leaders like Genesys, NICE Systems and AudioCodes.

Major Responsibilities / Activities

  • Deploy on-premises and cloud solutions for contact centers in telecom operators and enterprise clients in Greece and abroad
  • Install, configure, customize and integrate contact center applications
  • Handle incidents and service requests
  • Communicate and coordinate technical activities with project managers and operations teams
  • Deliver and maintain documentation
  • Develop technical skills through training and internal knowledge transfer
  • Requirements

  • BSc in Engineering or Computer Science or other related discipline
  • Familiarity with VOIP solutions and the SIP protocol
  • At least 2 years of experience in implementing or supporting applications in enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of Windows / Linux operating systems and administration
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. VBScript, JavaScript)
  • Knowledge of TCP / IP based networking and network analysis tools (e.g. Wireshark)
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
  • Fluency in English language, oral and written
