The Services Solution Manager owns delivery / services strategy for assigned Customer :

  • Supports Sales and Solution Consultant on CNS services value proposition and how it can address customer needs
  • May engage with customer at various levels (including Senior Leadership)
  • Develops deep understanding of customers’ challenges and requirements relative to professional services
  • Translates customer requirements into services solutions and delivery model
  • Accountable and responsible for scoping services solution and getting delivery sign-off (including interlock with Deal Assurance / Risk Management and Market Services review) for transformation, multidomain or services-led opportunities
  • Orchestrate overall services cost estimates, Services SoC response, Services Solution Description (SSD), Scope of Work (SoW), working with Services Solution Architects, Market Services (CSA and LDO) and Customer Success (Care)
  • Responsible for customer specific adaptations (together with MS)
  • Leads solution discussions with 3rd party (Cat 3) and drives their deliverables
  • Main interface for Deal Assurance, early qualification criteria at G2, and process post G3
  • Coordinates and gets support from GSS Services Teams.
  • Partners with the AM and CSO to :

  • Identifies and develops new services opportunities and upscopes
  • Pro-actively identifies & supports services-led opportunities, supporting Sales team creating and implementing sales plans, with heavy presence from G2 until G4, G5 and supporting until G6
  • Supports Sales teams on creating opportunity (win) strategy, value based selling guidelines and value argumentation; competitive benchmarking and lessons learned
  • Supports bid defence meeting, presenting delivery strategy, schedule and delivery assumptions.
  • Contributes to the L2D G4 material with services solution details and delivery risks, acting as key Point of Contact for the Bid Manager / Account Manager on CNS Services / Delivery aspects
  • Works collaboratively with the Services teams, keeping up to date with new best practices and tools.
  • Acts as CSO for CNS CSP Services-led opportunities. As CSO, drives overall consolidation and quality validation of Nokia Pricing Tool (NPT) inputs to Pricing team, and customer technical deliverables and is accountable for upload of all technical artifacts (G4, G5) in CNS Offer Repository
  • Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science from a reputable institution
  • English (Fluent), Russian (Fluent)
  • Computer Skills : Advanced user experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
  • Knowledge Required :

  • Strong experience in managing complex bids with many contributors
  • Strong solution definition experience in the area of Systems Integration
  • Sales and Business Development experience in Professional Services
  • Direct experience of the following areas would be very beneficial :
  • Mobile core network architecture and design (IMS, SDM, VoX, PaCo)
  • Telco Cloud and cloud computing concepts
  • 5G Core Network
