Availability required : 8h / day
Form of agreement : Employment contract / contract of commission
Responsibilities :
Prioritization of developments according to plan,
Ownership of delivering developments according to schedule,
You will help dev teams in creating and managing their processes,
You will develop your teams - in a classic or agile setup. Completely independent of the methodology, you will question and decide on the best process model together with the team,
You will show your teams how to find a common path in solving tasks,
You will be working with team leaders of the development department
Required knowledge / skills :
Project / Time management skills,
Experience in Software Development,
Experience as a Project Manager (at least 2 years),
Great Knowledge and Experience in Agile Methodology,
Goal oriented,
English(at least B2),
