Reward & Performance Analyst - VIE Contract (W / M)

We are offering a VIE mission in two European countries to gain international experience, contribute to the local, regional and global teams and start an international career at Sanofi! We will propose the location according to the candidate profile and the rollout of our global and regional projects in the next months.

The VIE will benefit all along the program from exposure to senior management and first-in class learning opportunities to develop an exclusive comprehensive expertise in the fields of Rewards and Performance, including Compensation, Benefits and Wellbeing.

Join the Reward & Performance team! The R&P (Rewards and Performance) team in each country is accountable for the design and implementation of a comprehensive set of Total Reward offerings as well as rollout and implementation of our global Performance Management program.

The R&P team leads and supports a significant number of both annual and ad-hoc projects and processes such as review of salary structures, competitive analysis, running the yearly compensation cycle, managing the benefits contracts, and implementing wellbeing initiatives.

These are supplemented with day-to-day Total Reward support activities (like offer management and job evaluations), country, regional and / or global projects.

Responsibilities :

The VIE will act as first point of contact for all R&P query handling from internal and external stakeholders, will take accountability for sourcing, cleansing, and analyzing of data required for R&P projects, will be instrumental for the facilitation of internal processes and projects and provide assistance in rolling out communications and implementing final proposals.

  • Works on local, regional & global RPM (Rewards and Performance Management) projects
  • Assists in the roll out of the employee share purchase plan and coordinates the LTI (Long Term Incentives) tiering calculations upon vesting of the PSs (Performance Shares), when applicable
  • Analyzes benchmarking information to assess current market positioning and to supports the annual review of competitive pay ranges, bonus targets and market competitiveness of benefit programs
  • Prepares, cleans, and analyzes data to participate in surveys and provide regular and ad-hoc reporting
  • Supports R&P manager in internal communications
  • Acts as first point of contact for day-to-day queries from internal and external stakeholder
  • Works with HR teams to help transition and simplify existing processes and clarify roles and responsibilities
  • Works with Finance and Procurement teams to manage invoicing and PO (Purchase Order) processes
  • Performs other related duties and assists in other areas of the R&P programs as needed

  • Requirements :

  • Master’s degree or bachelor with international experience
  • Professional experience : A first professional international experience is a plus
  • IT / hard skills : Proficiency with MS Office Suite (advanced Excel skills) Knowledge of Workday is required High level of confidence and understanding in technologies and systems
  • Soft skills : Strong ability to communicate effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills - ability to analyze and manipulate large data sets with ease and accuracy
  • Results-oriented ability to plan and prioritize activities, work effectively with others to complete objectives, often within short deadlines
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Team player with ability to work autonomously under guidance
  • Good multitasking skills, can-do attitude, and hands-on mentality
  • Love to tackle challenges and bring structure into activities
  • Interested in social media and communication
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Fluency in French or any additional language is a plus
