Reward & Performance Analyst - VIE Contract (W / M)

We are offering a VIE mission in two European countries to gain international experience, contribute to the local, regional and global teams and start an international career at Sanofi! We will propose the location according to the candidate profile and the rollout of our global and regional projects in the next months.
The VIE will benefit all along the program from exposure to senior management and first-in class learning opportunities to develop an exclusive comprehensive expertise in the fields of Rewards and Performance, including Compensation, Benefits and Wellbeing.
Looking for a new adventure in the Reward & Performance field, with the opportunity to learn and gain experience in 2 different countries?
Join the Reward & Performance team! The R&P (Rewards and Performance) team in each country is accountable for the design and implementation of a comprehensive set of Total Reward offerings as well as rollout and implementation of our global Performance Management program.
The R&P team leads and supports a significant number of both annual and ad-hoc projects and processes such as review of salary structures, competitive analysis, running the yearly compensation cycle, managing the benefits contracts, and implementing wellbeing initiatives.
These are supplemented with day-to-day Total Reward support activities (like offer management and job evaluations), country, regional and / or global projects.

Responsibilities :
The VIE will act as first point of contact for all R&P query handling from internal and external stakeholders, will take accountability for sourcing, cleansing, and analyzing of data required for R&P projects, will be instrumental for the facilitation of internal processes and projects and provide assistance in rolling out communications and implementing final proposals.
