As a Business Process Assistant you will become part of our team in Slubice / Cologne / Aachen or Heerlen.

This is a permanent full-time job

Your field of responsibility will be :


  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers / end users regarding internal ERP
  • System business process workflow
  • Performing remote troubleshooting diagnostic problems
  • Guiding the end user through the problem solving
  • Following up and update user on status and information of issues reported
  • Assistance in optimization of business processes.
  • Manage additional duties and assignments as requested

    As an applicant you should fit into the following profile :

  • Business education (Informatics, Business Analytics, Data science) -is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience with customer service in an international work environment is preferred but not mandatory Sound knowledge of Office 365 and SQL basic scripting is preferred but not mandatory
  • Key Skills and competencies :

  • communication skills- verbal and written. Fluent English skills.
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer service orientation
  • Proactive attitude and problem solving capabilities
