Role purpose :
The Sales Specialist is the primary sales lead for IoT opportunities working closely with the product team. He or She will be responsible for developing and managing a range of customers within Greece's marketplace.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
Achieve sales target; that includes Total Contract Value and Incremental Revenue
Cultivate the relationship with direct customers and partners to ensure business grown and retain
Build a strong sales pipeline
Cooperate with the technical and marketing departments for the creation of technical / commercial proposals
Presentation of services and solutions to customers
Ensures delivery of all financial targets including revenue and total contract value
Responsible for the full IoT sales cycle in identifying, qualifying, proposing, winning and implementing large-scale transformational IoT opportunities by using the full IoT portfolio.
Collaboration with both external and internal C Level customers such as Senior Leadership Teams and other third-parties
Key company liaison responsible for developing strong one to one relationships with key stakeholders
Deepen customer relationship with the long-term focus of expanding the overall IoT footprint / penetration of the IoT connected product portfolio
Inputs to decisions on new propositions, product mix and services for customers
Representing customer view for product decision and proposition mix roadmap for customers
Introduces new products and propositions by building relationship and practicing stakeholder management at C level within all key customers.
Understands up front through engagement at the right business level the customer’s strategic and operational issues
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
Enthusiastic and passionate, with strong customer orientation
Understanding of technical IoT business solutions
Experienced at communicating, presenting and negotiation at C Level
Solutions sales track record
Ability to operate in and navigate complex global organisations
Telecoms technologies with IoT knowledge and experience
Must have technical / professional qualifications :
University degree; Master degree will be consider an asset
Fluent knowledge of English language in both oral & written
Excellent communication skills, oral and written)
Postgraduate degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or IT, will be consider a plus
