As a result of our rapid growth, we are looking for a talented Customer Success Operations Executive to join our Customer Success Team.

You will be responsible for providing tactical support to the rest of the Customer Success team, monitoring KPIs, and helping the team improve their effectiveness.

You will be managing tools, processes, and reporting already in place while also implementing new ones. You will be the trusted partner of the Head of Customer Success in defining objectives, and tactics and implementing processes that scale.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing the existing stack (CRM, Support Tool, Marketing Automation etc)
  • Creating reports and closely monitoring the Customer Success KPIs
  • Analyzing customer data
  • Improving and streamlining the Customer Success processes and documentation
  • Making sure the workload is distributed effectively among the CSMs
  • Becoming our Salesforce CRM go to’ : keeping data up to date, generating reports
  • Assisting with proposals, invoicing, contract handling
  • Managing the workload and forecasting hiring needs
  • Handling CS Team training and onboarding
  • Supporting the team with other administrative tasks
  • Supporting the Head of Customer Success with presentations, and other reporting and team needs
  • Closely collaborating with the Sales Ops and Marketing Ops Teams to ensure alignment
  • Requirements

  • More than 2 years of proven work experience in Operational or Project Management roles
  • More than 2 years of work experience in customer-facing roles
  • Hands-on experience with the tools we use (ideally Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, Appcues)
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel) including other data management software (ie Tableau)
  • In-depth understanding of Customer Success principles and practices
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Passion for designing processes that scale
  • Fluent in English
