As a result of our rapid growth, we are looking for a talented Customer Success Operations Executive to join our Customer Success Team.
You will be responsible for providing tactical support to the rest of the Customer Success team, monitoring KPIs, and helping the team improve their effectiveness.
You will be managing tools, processes, and reporting already in place while also implementing new ones. You will be the trusted partner of the Head of Customer Success in defining objectives, and tactics and implementing processes that scale.
