We're are looking for an amazing Senior IT Support Specialist to help provide enhanced technical support on internal escalations and supervise other support specialists as we continue to grow.
Your role was designed to ensure requirements are being met, plan solutions, and successfully execute strategies. Your achievements are gauged not on hours worked, but on the success or failure of projects and launches.
You love leading and enhancing level 2 support, systems administration for Microsoft Active Directory, DNS / DHCP systems troubleshooting, desktop operating systems, file and print management systems, messaging / collaboration systems and system and data backup / recovery on a national scale.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) :
Provide and supervise level 2 technical support staff at our site in Thessaloniki and other regions, involving : the execution and supervision of password resets, desktop / laptop setup, patching, technical coordination of new hire / term process, etc.
Monitor and manage system health of all assigned systems to include evaluating and reporting on their availability, performance and capacity.
Lead or drive processes to identify operational and security problems with assigned systems and provide technical support to resolve them promptly.
Participate in the design and implementation of enterprise wide technical projects, ensuring delivered solutions meet identified requirements.
Research, plan and coordinate upgrades and changes to existing systems and implementation of new systems and technology.
Understand and comply with all departmental policies and procedures for incident, request, change, problem and systems management.
Train and develop peers and support staff in systems monitoring; routine administration; and troubleshooting for assigned systems;
occasionally works extended hours and / or nights and weekends.
Coordinate vendor support of assigned hardware / software / systems / services.
Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT / Computer-related course.
Certifications : ITIL v3, Microsoft, SCCM, ManageEngine, MCSA, MCSE, CCNP, CCSP
3 years IT Desktop Admin / Supervisor / Manager and people-management experience.
5 years IT Systems experience in an admin / sup / managerial role
Strong time and project management skills.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Well-organized and good follow through on commitments to customers.
