You are responsible for the development and implementation of HR transformation projects in the areas of organizational development, process optimization and digitalization.
As one of the critical interfaces of the HR function, you are in constant coordination with internal stakeholders and thus take on an important role in achieving all project goals.
Through your ideas as well as your proactive and solution-oriented approach, you create real added value for the company, our employees and all HR functions.
You have a degree in human resources, business administration, computer science or a comparable field
You have several years of experience in project management in an international company
You have had first touch points with HR processes, deeper knowledge of the HR field a plus
You can clearly define and communicate project goals, requirements and expectations
You have a strategic outlook paired with a structured and analytical way of thinking and working
You have a high affinity for IT-tools, process automation and data analytics
You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and leading projects with international teams on a global level
You are focused on your customers' and stakeholders' needs
You manage to proactively identify and address issues that create added value for the company and your colleagues
