Assistant Account Manager (AM) is will support Account Managers in the communication with clients, in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and in delivering of our leading web design and web development solutions, meeting clients’ objectives and expectations.
Support sales operations and cross-selling activity in exiting accounts with Mozaik’s leading services including branding and web production (tailor-made websites’ design and development)
Support Account Managers in the involvement of company personnel, including production, support, and management teams, in order to meet account performance objectives and clients’ expectations
Communicate periodically the progress of all initiatives to client key people
Support Sales Team and Account Supervisors in new opportunities handling
Collaborate with the Account Managers to brief creative, design, project management, and development teams while assisting with the formulation of project briefs
Ensure web projects uninterrupted operation, supported by internal development team
Ensure timely renewals of services creating tailor-made offers for clients based on their needs
Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed, quality standards are met, and that projects are executed within the planned budget and timeframe
Update Customer Relationship Managements system (CRM) and prepare comprehensive reports

Skills and Experience
Academic Studies in Marketing, Business Administrator or SimilarInternational exposure would be an asset
Work Experience 2+ years’ experience in similar field
Technical Skills Understanding of digital media and marketing conceptsKnowledge of technical terminology and conceptsAdvanced knowledge of major IT applications (MS office, Outlook etc.
Experience in handling CRM system(s) will be an assetProficient knowledge and command of Greek and English languages
