Due to Advisory’s continued growth, risk management is a fundamental part of PwC's quality programme. It involves comprehensively identifying and assessing business risks and appropriately managing assignments to control and minimize associated risks.

Day-to-day client service risk management is embedded in the Advisory business, focusing on client selectivity, engagement terms, quality assurance and other risk management fundamentals.

To this end, the Advisory Risk & Quality (Advisory R&Q) Team is responsible for the overall design, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the whole Advisory R&Q Framework (policies, processes, systems and tools).

At the same time the Team has an overall mandate to improve all advisory processes, increase their efficiency and therefore provide valuable support to the engagement teams in conducting their day-to-day work.

  • We are now recruiting a Professional to be part of our Advisory Risk & Quality Team. The role entails : Re-challenging, re-designing and simplifying the Risk & Quality as well as other advisory related processes Providing training, support and on-going consultations to engagement teams on Risk & Quality matters Developing specialized knowledge on complicated risk areas of the engagement life-cycle, examples of which are related with but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering checks, company research for input on the client acceptance process, handling of business relationships with third parties Identifying potential risks in the business and participate in the development of possible options for mitigating / managing those risks Monitoring and controlling the processes, ensuring compliance with our PwC Network Standards The successful candidate should have : Excellent business sense and risk awareness;
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to monitor, track and follow-up performance; Ability to understand PwC’s company-wide Risk & Quality processes, with particular focus on Advisory related processes;
  • Process documentation skills; Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and G-Suite (especially PowerPoint and / or Google Slides).

  • Familiarity with additional digital technologies (such as Power BI and Alteryx) will be considered an asset; A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and effective communication with our colleagues;
  • 3-5 years of experience preferably in delivering Advisory / Consulting projects; experience in delivering technology related solutions will be considered a plus;
  • Bachelor or postgraduate degree from a top-tier university in Risk Management will be considered an asset; Military obligations fulfilled What’s in it for you PwC is all about people, encouraging high performance and quality.
