Your day to day
Assists Paymaster in preparing the monthly payroll through the necessary modifications, as authorized by the managers, to ensure payroll accuracy.
Reviews retroactive payroll amendments for Collective Bargaining Agreements, modifications of the Social Security Institution (IKA), alterations of the salaries or wages and applies the above to the payroll.
Produce payroll for casual staff for the exact payment in daily and monthly basis as well as for the exact payment of Easter, Christmas and vacation bonuses and vacations of extra staff.
Assists Paymaster in preparing the supporting documentation for monthly payment of all insurance institutions at the end of the month.
Reviews the closure of each month (payroll and pension funds) and extracts the Journal Voucher entry to be entered to the General Ledger.
Follow up on sick / maternity leaves and issues requested by employees’ certifications

What we are looking for
University degree preferably in Finance
At least 2 years of similar experience in Payroll
Good knowledge of payroll software, preferably SCAN HRMS
Excellent knowledge of English language
Analytical thinker and attention to detail
