    Job Overview

    We are looking for a competent Customer Care Associate with exemplary communication skills, energetic and passionate about customer experience! The ideal candidate will have the chance to be one of the first team members of our Customer Care team and work in a fast paced and vibrant startup environment.

    Among other tasks you will be helping customers with questions or concerns regarding the company's product and service and you will be providing solutions to possible challenges with the goal of retaining our customers and raising their overall satisfaction.

    Speed is our promise to the customers therefore we expect you to act fast and provide remarkable answers to their questions!


  • Provide support, review and resolve escalations via phone, live chat or email
  • Follow-up with customers on complaints and ensure their resolution in a timely manner
  • Ensure all customer issues are resolved with a high level of empathy and reflection
  • Support and provide ideas on the set-up of the Customer Care team. You will be one of the first Customer Care team members!
  • Constantly update all tools and other materials that will support daily operations
  • Collaborate, provide and receive feedback with other departments to help improve our overall customer experience
  • Requirements

  • Passion about Customer Care and ability to clearly communicate and adapt to any style of communication
  • Eager to take the challenge of being the first member of the Customer Care team in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Customer centric personality and natural communicator with a solution-oriented mindset and hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to work in shifts based on a rotating schedule (evenings and weekends)
  • Native in Greek with outstanding written and spoken skills
  • Computer literacy is considered a must
