Role overview : Drive training and development and talent acquisition for managerial, expert and professional roles for all legal entities in Greece to effectively enhance and recognize performance.

Responsibilities and Duties
Training & Development
Develop and execute learning strategies in accordance with the Group’s Learning Strategy adapting them to the local context and needs.
Evaluate individual and organizational development need for managers, experts and professionals in Greece.
Set the annual training and development plan in collaboration with the Managers and follow up rigorously.
Implement various learning methods (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online, 360).
Follow up the Performance Assessment and Development and support managers to draft individual actions.
Ensure that there are development plans for all key talents and follow up their implementation.
Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
Implement all reporting related to training and development initiatives for all levels of employees in collaboration with the HR administrators at site level.
Supports the sites on an ad hoc basis for specific paraprofessional trainings of managerial nature.
Analyze business staffing needs and market developments, plan sourcing methods, warrant effective selection and on-boarding process.
Lead initiatives to attract the best talent according to the Company's needs promoting Diversity and Inclusion.
Manage the full recruiting process for managerial, expert and professional employees.
Engage with the the hiring manager to agree the requirements and specifications for the job openings.
Propose the recruitment strategy to follow based on the role profile and market needs and implement it.
Prepare the offer based on market data, internal equity and the selected candidate and engage with the selected candidate.
Propose and implement Employer Branding initiatives at country level.
Ensure that all new recruited managerial, expert and professional employees have an onboarding plan and follow up the process.
Track budgets and negotiate contracts
Track KPIs for training and development and talent acquisition
Ensure that Workday is updated for the area of responsibility
Support the organization & people review (OPR) process
Support Ad hoc HR projects and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
Acts as a role model regarding Health & Safety
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Engineering
Ideally 5 years of experience in development and talent acquisition
Fluency in English language is a must
Familiarity with e- recruitment and learning platforms and practices
