The role :
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the 1st point of contact for many customers and will be expected to :
Have an efficient, professional and personalised rapport with customers via phone;
Create and keep an effective collaboration with the client’s partners;
Maintain a constructive state of mind in difficult and stressful situation;
Always be on the lookout for an effective solution to the Customer’s inquiries while also improving your performance.
The requirements :
Fluency in Dutch both written and Spoken
Customer orientation - Know how to identify the client's needs in a precise and direct way to respond passionately to customer requests.
The fact that Customer satisfaction is paramount.
Empathy - Know how to put yourself in the client's shoes and reassure them about their expectations.
Teamwork - Passion for teamwork.
Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication.
