E-commerce is rapidly growing and redefining the way we shop and buy. In the online space, it is critical that HP and our reseller partners are pushing innovation and best practices for HP products and optimizing the online shopping experience in the age of the endless digital shelf.
This role is part of team of experts and sales teams that are driving digital best practices and accelerating HP’s ecommerce sales with HP’s largest reseller partners.
This will be a partner facing role within the Digital Business Development team in ISE (International Sales Entity). Successful candidates are digital experts with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate cross organisations to drive results.
Key Skills and Experience required :
Experience providing hands on analysis and recommendations in the areas of SEO / SEM, digital marketing, e-commerce best practices, marketplaces sales, user experience design best practices, content marketing, web / digital analytics and reporting.
Experience in delivering successful end-to-end digital programs or projects, from concept to execution to reporting and optimization
demonstrated experience using KPIs / web analytics to impact digital business
Strong problem solving skills to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options and provide clear recommendations for eCommerce growth
Ability to personally deliver digital initiatives in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
Ability to work closely with HP’s partners on all digital touchpoints on the partner’s platform to improve sales and conversion.
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
Clear understanding of e-commerce and marketplaces marketing best practices to drive improved conversion.
Proven ability & drive to take ownership of projects, including personal development / skills required to excel at role
Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills (English & any other language an advantage)
Main Responsibilities :
Provides hands on analysis and recommendations in all aspects of our partners' digital customer experience journey..
Closely manage the Customer CX across multiple partners deploying new functionalities, content and campaign optimization.
Drives marketplaces execution and program implementation in coordination with Marketplaces COE, leading partner & local engagement and planning of new capabilities & digital investments.
Manages different online programs among which, Shop in Shop, ratings & reviews, content syndication enablement, etc.
Motivate reseller's organization based on digital acumen and HP knowledge.
Coordinate and direct digital efforts across HP business groups to support business objectives with assigned reseller(s) and marketplaces.
Work closely with all digital teams at HP to maximize synergies across organizations.
Provide internet consultancy to recommend best-fit solution, including look and feel, navigation experience, information architecture, to meet marketing or business objective.
Manage and direct assigned agencies or contractors as needed.
Role will focus on supporting partners in the ISE Market, including Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe.
Education required :
Bachelors & Masters Degree in ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Business Management.
Expertise and knowledge in the online space (e-Commerce, digital marketing, UX, etc), including latest trends and technologies, and at least 2 years of working experience in the field.
Experience in Project Management required. PMP certification an advantage.
Google Analytics certification strongly preferred
