Dutch Speaking Technical Advisor - Relocation in Athens

Our client is a multi-Award-Winning Outsourcing giant who is going from strength to strength in recent years. They have multiple requirements for Dutch speaking Technical Advisors, and they are looking to hire with immediate effect!

What you'll be doing :

This is a full-time vacancy on 40 hours a week basis, with 8 hours shifts (between 8 : 00am to 12 : 00pm).

You will be responsible for helping Dutch users in navigating the largest online application library.

You will act as 1st line Technical support for queries such as : "How can I download and install applications on my phone / PC" and "How can I use Parental Control on my phone / PC"

Absolutely NO OUTBOUND or SALES CALLS.

No previous Customer Service experience is needed as you will be receiving Award Winning Training!

What you'll need to apply :

Ability to speak Dutch in a native capacity (C2) and professional knowledge of English (C1)

Have an aptitude in IT or above average software skills

Have a professional approach when dealing with customer queries.
