Plus Agency is currently looking for new talents in particular a project manager in order to join its existing team. Your day-to-day responsibilities include

  • Manage the relationship with internal clients of the MarCom Agency
  • Identify the best resources within the MarCom Agency to answer clients’ needs & requests
  • Manage day-to-day content execution operations
  • Manage projects planning, ensure projects meet deadlines and adapt projects if necessary
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation and deliverables
  • Manage operational issues and risks associated to projects, be responsible for projects quality and manage regular projects review and report
  • Guarantee good collaboration, development, and improvement of work process within and outside the MarCom Agency
  • Signs of success

  • Ability to manage a full digital project and a team, with experience in content execution
  • Good relationship-building and interpersonal skills that allow to adapt easily to different interlocutors
  • Thoughtful and attentive to understand the needs of the clients
  • Experience with content for Website including; video, brochure, infographics, social media posts and white papers
  • Skills we can’t do without

  • Great sense of service, a good sense of analysis and synthesis
  • Excellent organization skills, pro-active and rigorous
  • Real team player who loves to work with various people and share
  • Customer oriented
  • English : fluent (additional German or Italian language skills would be a welcome bonus but not essential)

  • Used to work in an international environment with multiple interlocutors
