Nestled in the cliffside and overlooking the Aegean Sea, and with an infinity pool that goes on and on, this really is one of a kind place to work.
We are looking for SENIOR SOMMELIER who want to work in stunning surroundings and can bring the electric Zuma style to the island.
Reporting directly into the Head Sommelier your role will be to successfully drive the wine sales at our busy restaurant and lounge.
Whilst managing an already renowned wine list, we will be looking for you pull on your knowledge to further enhance the selection and offering.
As well as ensuring guests are given an exciting and memorable experience, the role requires you to help lead and motivate a team of Junior Sommeliers.
Anyone applying to be the next Sommelier of Zuma should already possess a wealth of wine and sake knowledge and be able to couple that with a successful background of high profile and high-volume restaurants.
As the role is floor focussed, we are looking for personality, charisma and enthusiasm as well as someone who can further enhance relationships with staff and guests.

Accommodation is provided by the company along with transport to and from the restaurant. Interviews will take place in May and you may be required to begin training in a different Zuma location before departing to the island.
