What will you be doing?

As a Recruitment Advisor with Lloyd’s Register you will be able to use your recruitment talent to advise the business on customized strategies for the numerous challenging vacancies across South Europe.

You will have a interesting diversity in the roles you will handle. Being the peoples person you are, creating and maintaining a good working relationship with Hiring Managers comes easy to you.

Being enthusiastic as you are about data, you will gather, interpret and share recruitment data to the worldwide recruitment community.

For this you will work together with our Global Recruitment Manager who is based in London and the Global Talent Acquisition Team

  • Drive Lloyd’s Registers One Global Standard Recruitment process to ensure all hiring managers are using the recruitment management portal
  • Work closely with the hiring managers to support an effective recruitment plan
  • Ensure a fair and consistent assessment process
  • Identify and roll out opportunities to strengthen LR’s Employer Brand
  • Understand the benefits to Lloyd’s Register engaging with talent to drive recruitment
  • Agree clear KPI’s with hiring managers and measure accordingly
  • Manage and maintain relationships effectively ensuring agreed SLA’s are met
  • Negotiate standard rates and sign agencies to Lloyd’s Registers terms and conditions
  • Look at SLAs and metrics ensuring accurate reporting of performance of your recruitment campaigns targeting opportunities to improve the service.
  • Ensure Lloyd’s Register are not put at risk when recruiting contractors from global locations in terms of visas, work permits and border agency working
  • Proactively review the market specialisms to support key and new capabilities required within your areas of recruiting
  • Ensure all candidates a smooth transition from start to end of the recruiting process following through to the on boarding process
  • Deal with any queries relating to recruitment effectively and in a timely manner
  • To be considered

  • Have an Academic qualification in HR or equivalent
  • Fluent in English (essential)
  • Fluent in local language (desired but not essential)
  • Experience recruiting in the technical field
  • Being able to source talent directly using tools such as LinkedIn
  • Be experienced in working within a recruitment environment as an established and successful recruitment specialist prefably inhouse
  • Possess an up to date knowledge about Employment and Contract Law within your area
  • Have excellent interviewing skills
  • Understand when there are risks recruiting talent from global locations in terms of visas, work permits and border agency working
  • Demonstrate strong influencing and communications skills
  • Have experience in interpreting and applying Recruitment Policy as well as Employment / Contract Law
  • Know how to manage and driving change in an ever-evolving recruitment environment
  • Have experience working with recruitment management portals (SuccessFactors an advantage)
