Office based post reporting to the Lead Architect or Engineering Manager, responsible for the preparation and coordination of design and / or detail work.
Working with various project teams simultaneously the Architect applies knowledge for the development of conceptual designs.
The produced designs under supervision are usually for a particular project segment where compliance with standards and codes should be ensured but duties can include working in parallel for more than one project.
Developing working drawings, writing specifications as well as coordination and delivery of architectural presentations or structural statements are considered part of the principal duties.
BSc in Architecture, a minimum of 4 years diversified experience in the architectural field. Sound knowledge of AutoCad and Microstation software applications, coordination capabilities, advanced technical knowledge and presentation skills are required.
