EY is looking for experienced professionals who can manage and deliver security testing and ethical hacking services in line with industry standards.
This role will see you take a key position in delivering EY’s Next Generation Security Operations and Response (NGSOR) capabilities.
You will also be expected to take an active role in help building EY’s attack and penetration testing capability, working with alliance partners and advising clients on the current market trends.
The role will see you providing specialist advice as part of large multi-discipline EY engagement teams working on the likes of infrastructure and application penetration tests, objective-based tests, intelligence-led attack simulation tests or supporting with optimising cyber defence operations for our clients.
You will work with colleagues in Greece and globally to develop new and innovative penetration testing solutions and sector-specific industry propositions that solve client problems / issues and integrate with their overall IT delivery and support strategy.
In addition to the above penetration testing specific roles, you will also have opportunities to work across multiple aspects of Cyber, Technology and business solutions.
Your key responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
Working across a portfolio of penetration testing engagements with our clients, responsible for the day to day management of engagement activity, ensuring the engagements achieve quality, time and budget targets
Working with prospective clients on the planning and delivery phases of engagements
Reviewing and producing high quality reports as part of a team, for review by project leaders
Taking ownership for Quality and Risk Management (Q&RM) to ensure client work is delivered consistently and in compliance with EY’s quality standards
Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities and working with senior practice leaders and market leaders in the creation of proposals and marketing material
Leading and developing senior and junior consultants by sharing knowledge, acting as mentor to coach them and leading by example
Creating thought leadership and market materials for selling and promoting EY Cyber and NGSOR offerings in the market

To qualify for the role you must have
A degree in computer security, computer science, or equivalent.
Clear and demonstrable understanding of penetration testing and red-teaming concepts,
Experience with managing end-to-end delivery of penetration tests and leading teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience of producing and reviewing high calibre reports, papers, presentations and thought leadership
Ideally, you’ll also have
Related qualifications such as OSCE, OSWE, OSEP, eCPTX, or relevant certifications.
Experience in tailored testing operations
Experience with Research & Development
