The Network Infrastructure (NI) team is looking for a Customer Support Engineer. Our team is imvolved in planning and performing technical activities to service the customer through customer interface

You will be responsible for a range of tasks for IP Packet Core Porducts (cMM,cMG, MME,SGSN) such as :

  • Execute technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area.
  • Work independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes.
  • Identifie and solve technical problems. Share knowledge in own professional area.
  • Support activities that require 24 / 7 availability
  • This job is for you if you :

  • Have a Master of Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in cloud virtualization (Openstack, kubernets,Docker)
  • Familiarity with 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G networks and interfaces
  • Linux use and administration knowledge
  • IP networks knowledge
  • Experience in IP Gateways products (cMG,cMM,MME) will be considered a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate through various interfaces (technical and non-technical)
  • Ability to work in situations under high pressure from customer escalations
  • Want to contribute to high edge technology, you are innovative and eager to learn state-of-the-art technologies
  • Are an analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities and can-do attitude
  • Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Are self-motivated and able to work independently by setting priorities in a geographically distributed team
