Your job briefly :

As our Front Office Manager, you will be leading a team of professionals and you will have full responsibility for the overall Front Office operation and related activities achieving maximum sales and guest satisfaction.

Your responsibilities :

  • Act as the face’ of our hotel and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome and memorable experiences.
  • Coordinate all front desk activities, including but not limited to check-in and our procedures, guest transfers, charges, calls, reservations and guests’ services.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets).
  • Liaise and coordinate effectively front office team with the rest departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, reservations etc).
  • Train, supervise and support new front office colleagues.
  • Schedule work shifts.
  • Handle complaints and special requests.
  • Troubleshoot emergencies.
  • Monitor stock and order office supplies.
  • Prepare and monitor front office budget keeping updated records of expenses and costs.
  • Ensure hotel policies and security requirements are met.
  • Have an excellent knowledge of hotel facilities,f daily events, activities and functions that take place in order to provide accurate information to the guests.
  • Your qualifications :

  • You combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our front office team.
  • You deal efficiently with complaints and have a solid customer service approach.
  • You are a fast learner & a self-motivated individual with a results-driven approach.
  • You have excellent command of written & oral Greek and English languages.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required (MS Office, Internet Applications), you also have PMS knowledge and experience in a 4* or 5* property.
