What are you going to do?

As an Administrator Planner, you will be part to be part of our team in Piraeus, in charge of our activities in France.

Your main responsibilities will be as followed :

  • Prioritise, plan and complete client service delivery tasks in line with global and local business requirements. Includes liaising with clients, dealing with complex queries and proactively resolving service issues within agreed deadlines / targets
  • Build and maintain good client relationships through proactive communication and action to fulfil client expectations
  • Plan client visits / activities in line with client and business needs, through effective and efficient allocation of available field force resources.
  • Includes dealing with business queries and resolving resource / planning problems within agreed deadlines, whilst ensuring compliance with external accreditation requirements

  • Identify and refer potential client complaints and opportunities for new business by providing potential solutions and striving for continuous improvement
  • Build relationships with internal and external clients to help build and maintain the business, and improve LRQRs competitive position
  • Assist the Senior Resource Planner, the Service Delivery Support Manager and the Service Delivery Manager in minimizing downtime of permanent assessors
  • Communicate details of planned visits / activities to Assessors, ensuring contractual requirements and client expectations are understood
  • Liaise with other LR Business Assurance business areas and offices to ensure effective prioritisation of resource in the development and delivery of LR Business Assurance services, Includes processing Requests for Assessor Time (RFAT)
  • Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of Client, Contract and Planning data in LRQA business systems as needed,
  • Actively contribute to team meetings and Service Delivery Support initiatives
  • Develop a good understanding of LR Business Assurance products, services, systems and processes on an ongoing basis.
  • Resolve day to day issues, escalating as appropriate to relevant manager
  • What do we ask from you?

  • Fluency in French (verbally & written) mandatory.
  • Fluency in English & Greek (verbally & written)
  • Candidates speaking and writing Spanish fluently will be considered also
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Using own initiative able to prioritise and work on multiple tasks and complex issues whilst adhering to tight deadlines
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Able to analyse problems and develop solutions whilst meeting the requirements of internal procedures and external regulatory authorities
  • Able to work as part of a team to contribute to achieving departmental / business objectives
  • Computer literate in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Behavioural Competences
