The opportunity

We are looking for a BIM Assurance Manager to develop and lead the BIM goals of the client, reducing risk during the design phase and providing quality management systems to support on site.

You will be responsible for implementing, assisting, and training applicable members on programme production controls workflows.

Your responsibilities will include :

Modelling using BIM authoring tools.

Ensuring quality assurance of information models.

Managing of information in the common data environment.

Supporting in the creation of information requirements

Evaluating BIM execution plans.

Delivering project against predefined benchmarks.

Monitoring compliance with the information requirements.

Driving innovation and better ways of working.

Developing of BIM requirements.

Assessing of contractor submissions.

Providing advisory services as required.

About you

You have a degree qualification in a relevant discipline. You are digitally savvy especially in Autodesk applications and model checking tools, including BIM 360, Solibri, Office 365, SharePoint and Power BI.

You have the knowledge on BIM standards i.e., ISO 19650 series and PAS 1192 series.

You have a proven experience in the application of CDE workflows and solutions (BIM 360). You have BIM experiences in delivering projects at various scales within the construction background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
