As our new Business Process Excellence Expert, you will drive strategic activities for continuous improvement and performance enhancement.
Furthermore, you will be in charge for Representing and encouraging a continuous improvement culture within the site by Partnering with stakeholders to design and implement process transformation, optimization and support efficient decision making.
The work location is our plant in Koropi (Greece) and you will report directly to the local Head of Operations Development Department.
Your key responsibilities :
Develop and implement monitoring systems for site's performance indicators and standards and / or operational tools, including ensuring data quality and compliance with internal and external standards / guidelines
Identifies areas for improvement to ensure strategy realization while maintaining quality standards, operational productivity and cost competitiveness by analysing relative data
Support the site functions in the implementation of projects targeting improvement opportunities that result in high-value results fostering a commitment to process improvement across the facility
Actively participates in "benchmarking" and "best practice" sharing events within Koropi's functional units and BI network
Develop and deliver Lean training at all levels of the organization promoting performance mindset
Prepares reports, charts, graphs etc to support the communication of performance topics to multiple Local Business teams as needed
Prepare and participate and / or presents the reports for Performance Days, Annual Discussions and other regular reporting meetings
What you should bring to the team :
Diploma degree or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering or Pharmacy
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position and / or key position in production departments, preferably in pharma industry
Excellent command of the Greek and English language (both verbal and written skills)
Project Management skills & experience is highly recommended
Good knowledge of conflict management and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational skills : able to keep up with timelines and a sense of urgency
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strategical thinking and customer service mindset
Excellent team player and a strong leadership skills
Self-motivated and results driven.
