In this key role as a ScrumMaster, you will act as the evangelist of all things Agile. You will apply expert judgment to keep teams focused, remove impediments and deliver success in a fast-paced environment.
You have a strong desire for continuous improvement and the ability to build a delivery-focused, highly collaborative culture within the teams.
Success in the role requires you to support and enable the success of your team, develop stellar cross-functional relationships at multiple levels of the organization, promote Agile values, demonstrate established technical skills and eye for business.
You should have strong sense of personal accountability and be excited by the challenge of working in an Agile and innovative environment.
In this role you will work to improve practices to encourage more predictable delivery and facilitate Agile ceremonies and planning of releases.
By anticipating and identifying impediments (systematic, behavioral, etc.) and working with the right owners to resolve them, you will monitor team outcomes and dynamics while assisting them in improving team performance and agile maturity.
You will assist the teams at mapping dependencies with other teams or raising risks while promoting better communication and collaboration.
You will help with continuous development and improvement of delivery. You will be a critical driver of CPX’s overall transformation to a way of working that is anchored in continuous improvement, agility, design-thinking, and customer-centricity through teams.
