With the establishment of the Greece Digital Lighthouse, we are looking for a Senior Manager Executive Operations who will be responsible for supporting the HUB site lead in global and local site operations and the coordination of them. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day operational support to the Greek D&T hub Site Lead to maximize individual and organizational efficiency.
Ensure appropriate prioritization, organization and coordination of work processes and responsibilities
Develop agenda and facilitate hub meetings to ensure collaborative decision-making and team effectiveness
Develop annual planning timeline and manage development and approval for hub annual objectives, mid-year progress review, annual year-end review, and coordinate planning and input for enterprise Digital goals
Draft and execute engagement strategy for Office of Site Lead in partnership with Communications, including hub Town Halls, leadership team events, hub colleagues engagement events, videos for colleagues, etc
Lead the compilation and / or creation of appropriate briefing materials, including the development of presentations and briefing books to ensure Site Lead preparation
Partner with Finance to develop hub Operating Plan and prepare hub, as well as monitor and track hub budget
Participate in multidisciplinary cross-functional strategic projects and ensure communication and full implementation of initiative recommendations.
Work proactively and seamlessly with other Chiefs of Staff and partner functions to maximally leverage the collective Pfizer resources to create value to Pfizer and promote a culture of collaboration.
Regularly interact with hub LT members BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
Fifteen plus years of relevant experience advising or consulting senior leaders, including experience in commercial roles (e.
g. marketing, brand management, digital) in pharma.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Exceptional attention to details with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to model One Pfizer approach to problem-solving and OWNIT! attributes in executing duties.
Ability to manage consensus at various levels and cultivate strategic internal relationships across a highly matrixed organization.
