Major Areas of Responsibilities
Plan Development, Activities Implementation and Monitoring of Key Customers
Analyze and understand the needs and expectations of stakeholders, finding the 'customer insight'. Set and update prioritizations based on analysis and segmentation of healthcare professionals
Identify the market drivers and shapes on a territorial basis strategy, with a view to achieving targets for the assigned products.
Plan, organize and execute product presentation to healthcare professionals regarding the use of the product, mode of action, features and benefits.
Keep up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations.
Plan work schedules and weekly / monthly timetables. This may involve working with the sales, key accounts, marketing, medical team or discussing future targets with the sales manager.
Develop of networks / referrals between special population
Develop short and long term objectives for targeted stakeholders, targeted main accounts, identify future success factors and propose specific activities to achieve them.
Observe, record and report competitor activities executed in the territory.
Constantly endeavor to improve product and disease knowledge at company standards in order to deliver appropriate information to physicians effectively and professionally.
Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.

Qualifications and Experience
University degree. Preferable in Science, Health Sciences or Business
At least three years, previous experience in pharma sales field , preferably Rheumatologists & Gastroenterologists.
Fluency in Greek and English languages
