We’re now seeking a Total Rewards Lead for Iberia & Africa and South East Europe Regions. This position will be responsible for providing strategic direction, guidance and value-added support to HR and the business in all aspects of Compensation and Benefits towards achieving Region's goals and objectives.

The position will also be part of and continue to support the ongoing development of the EMEA Total Rewards Centre of Excellence (CoE).

As Total Rewards Lead, you will :

  • Provide consultation to business leadership to develop and refine Total Rewards policies, programs and procedures, for the unique needs of the regions.
  • Execute on regional guidance, policy, governance and strategic direction.
  • Conduct briefings with regional seniors leadership on the structure of Total Rewards programs with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness.
  • Advise on compensation and benefits programs (country) and packages (individual) aimed at attracting, retaining and motivating key talent.
  • Conduct job grading, salary benchmarking and other market analysis.
  • Recommend and establish appropriate market competitive benefits and recognition programs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, standards and systems in close cooperation with local, regional or global stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support, analytics and audit in response to and in anticipation of business needs.
  • Provide support on Total Rewards led initiatives / activities; trainings, education, meetings and projects.
  • Manage annual processes in countries and keep to timeline; Merit review, Salary benchmarking, Salary budget planning, Global Incentive Plan, Sales Incentive Plan and other variable incentive plans and benefit programs.
  • Manage and support various aspects of the life-cycle of international assignments. Ensure adherence to the global mobility policy and governance model, provide as needed training and guidance to the business and supports operational requirements.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring Total Rewards programs are delivered effectively, efficiently and within an established budget.
  • Provide input on leveraging Total Rewards tools to support business and HR initiatives and strategies.
  • Serve as escalation point for program operational concerns raised by employees.
  • To be successful in this role you will possess the following :

  • Master’s or MBA degree in human resources, finance, business or other related discipline
  • Expert knowledge of the concepts, principles and techniques pertaining to the various discipline areas of Compensation & Benefits
  • Candidates should be comfortable interacting with senior management
  • Must work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to deal with multiple changing priorities
  • Ability to work in an international environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Proficient in the use of Word / Excel / Powerpoint
