Jobs Description
Intensive engagement with CRM, ERP, WMS, Web Portals, Microsoft Office, Emails
Handling daily communication tasks regarding order fulfillment with customers and suppliers
Maintains solid customer relationship by handling and resolving customer questions, complaints and concerns with speed and professionalism
Confirmed customer’s order fulfillment control and handling to customer for their local pick up
Coordinate with other functions and departments in order to process daily tasks
Warehouse Management and control
Efficient warehouse Inventory management and stock rotation
Schedule, issue and control stock orders to suppliers from initial PO until final arrival
Yearly, monthly, weekly and daily warehouse inventory controls
Search, negotiate and assign incoming or outgoing freights to selected local or international freight forwarders
Packing Lists issuing and control
Control and coordinate custom clearance procedures
Control transportation costs, evaluate forwarders, do statistical analysis for all goods handled by freight forwarders and couriers
Identify and escalate situations requiring attention
Requirements
University Degree, ideally in IT field or similar
Understanding of equipment, software, technology and technical terms
Focus on details and efficiently fulfill tasks with speed, professionalism and reliability
Ability to multi-task with phone and computer
Fluent in Business English - verbal and written
Solid verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone etiquette
Strong listening skills
Previous experience in the same sector / position would be considered an asset

Requirements
IEK / TEI / AEI graduate
1-3 years of experience working in a relevant position.
Very good Knowledge & Use of Greek and English language, oral and written. Desired knowledge
Asterisk based IP-PBX, Installation & Administration
Alcatel Lucent PBX & Networking Installation & Administration
Network, Routing & Firewall Configuration & Administration
Experience in the operation and management of telephone networks
IP routing & switching technologies, Main routing protocols
Experience in PBX, VoIP and IP telephony
Desired certifications in telephony systems Desired Abilities
