ICAP Executive Search , on behalf of its client, a US-HQ’d Fortune 100 company is seeking for a multi-lingual Recruiting Manager / Senior Associate Recruiter with relevant functional experience for a new Global Business Services hub.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with business leaders regarding the full-life cycle of regional recruitment
  • Ensure that every stage of recruitment from needs definition to hire is aligned to global process requirements and SLA’s
  • Build effective partnerships with business, HR COEs, GBS teams to enable flawless customer service
  • Effectively integrate diversity into process and leverage creative sourcing techniques
  • Identify talent acquisition issues and develop corrective action plans quickly and communicate transparently with the business and HR clients
  • Build resourcing strategy to monitor and plan, which prioritizes consistent service delivery and hiring manager experience
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree
  • Minimum 3 years (Senior level) or 5+ (Manager level) of work experience in a similar role, managing end to end recruitment, performing regional responsibilities in large, multi-national corporate or outsourcing environment
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
  • Experience in working with Workday or other applicant tracking systems
  • Proven consultative, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to a wide range of audiences at all levels of the organization
  • Preferred : Fluent written and verbal communications skills in English and at least one other language (German, Hungarian, French, Dutch, Turkish, Polish, Spanish, Czech, Romanian, Croatian, Bulgarian or Italian) to CEF B2, C2 / C1 / B2 level
