Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for main therapeutic areas; Oncology, Hematology Cystic Fibrosis, Infections and hospital generics for both marketing and sales
  • Responsible for Profit and Loss (P&L) performance
  • Lead short and long strategic planning process for the business unit as a member of the Leadership Team.
  • Collaborate with the respective departments in the cluster, to harmonize strategies and policies.
  • Collaborate closely with Medical, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, finance department.
  • Prepare and monitor the annual budget, quarterly forecast and long-range plans
  • Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports, uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets.
  • Identify potential new markets and develops business cases for new launches
  • Manage business activities utilizing the Company’s KPIs and with a strong commitment on digital transformation
  • Responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships according to Teva’s Code of Conduct
  • Regular review and maintain information about financial status of major accounts and status of collection efforts
  • Responsible for offers to hospitals and EOPYY for generic products and to EKAPY / national offers
  • Maintain teams’ results contributing to Performance Management Process, coaching employees and planning development in partnership with human resources
  • Your profile

  • University Degree
  • 5-6 years of managerial experience in pharmaceuticals sector (sales, marketing, product portfolio)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient computer skills in current software including MS Office particularly excel, ppt
  • Clear and effective digital capabilities
  • Ability and proven record for leadership, innovation approach, strategic thinking and negotiation skills
