For Philips, one of the largest electronics companies in the world, you will :
Provide professional customer service solutions both B2B and B2C over the phone, live chat and emails
Provide Philips Product support and advices
Troubleshoot technical issues
Guarantee clients satisfaction and high level of quality
Ensure and participate in the success of the department
You are a native Dutch speaker with fluent English
You are tech-savvy, with good troubleshooting skills
Previous experience in technical support is an advantage
You are professional and friendly with empathy and the ability to multitask
You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skills
A full-time job, 40 hours a week
Salary : 14 salaries per year x 1100€ gross per month + up to 200€ performance-related bonus per month + 130€ gross per month in meal vouchers (for the first working year only)
Schedule : rotating shifts between Monday and Friday : 09 : 00 to 09 : 00, and Saturdays : 10 : 00 to 19 : 00
