What you'll be doing :

Being People Advisor for Greece Associates. Point of contact for People Local and Global initiatives.

Responsible for the HR administrative area.

Key responsibilities :

With the External Payroll support :

Compilation of on time reporting & administration of new hires, terminations, annual vacation, job & salary changes, overtime to local online authorities’ system according to legal requirements ERGANI

Compilation of payroll data and payroll checking and approval

Point of contact in all Greek Authorities systems as contact person (Email, phone)

Point of contact for HR issues for inspections face to face from any Greek Authorities department in the company

Compilation of Salary Survey

Preparing and Compilation of on time reporting & administration of new hires, terminations, annual vacation, job & salary changes, ovd monitoring accurate Headcount reports on a monthly basis / reported to Finance Cluster

Reconciliation of overtime requests, bookkeeping in headquarters & branch (according to strict legal requirement) tracking and analysis.

Employee benefits administration : private health insurance ticket restaurant

Preparingof requested, reportingHR related reports for corporate, regional, cluster use and local authorities' system. Preparing the yearly payroll Budget.

Responsible for Completion of SOX Controls

Labor Law / Internal policies : Follow changes and apply employment law to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize company's legal liability.

Training Plan for associates

Workday management (comp cycle audit, merit increases, sign off of security accesses and sox controls, monthly BAU calls etc)

Country Workday expert, trainer to people managers and all associates.

Undertakes end to end recruitment Field projects (job advertisements, cv screening, assessment centers, interviews). ASM recruiting

Support Engagement team and initiatives

We'd love you to have :

Work Experience

  • 3+ years experience in an HR role
  • Previous experience in an HR Admin role
  • Experience in a highly international and multicultural environment is required
  • Education

  • Certificate or qualification in Human Resources or Business desirable
  • Skills & Competencies required

  • Detail orientated with good analytical & problem - solving skills
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, changing organization and matrix structure
  • Ability to work independently to effectively plan and set priorities to accomplish required tasks
  • A high level of confidentiality.
