Job Title Manager Identity Solutions Europe Overview Mastercard Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (C&I) is responsible for safeguarding trust in payments, both now and in future.
We ensure that transactions and interactions are safe, simple and smart. As part of this organization, the Identity Solutions team develops cardholder identity verification and authentication products including next generation biometric authentication.
The digital identity service is intended to enable consumers to establish, maintain and use their digital identity data for digital initiative interactions with low friction, high security, and privacy / consent controls.
The C&I Europe team in looking for a Manager Identity Solutions to :
Building and executing Mastercard’s go-to-market strategy for Digital Identity in Europe.
This includes performing market assessment on the existing Digital Identity landscape in Europe and connecting the dots with Mastercard’s product offering
Be the intermediary between global product development and local teams in Europe in product to shape a global proposition to European needs
Lead digital identity projects and build solutions that are customized to prospect market needs. This includes managing relationships with partners such as Trust Providers and Identity Verification Partners.
Partner with account- and business development teams on selling our Identity Solutions including sales education, building value-based customer centric sales material, preparing proposals, presenting our solutions and coordinating implementations Are you motivated to drive market change?
Do you excel at analyzing customer requirements and identifying opportunities to sell our Identity Solutions products? Do you have the skills to explain the benefits of complex products in simple terms to demanding customers?

Partner with regional management, account teams, customer delivery, market development & product sales, develop and execute the digital identity strategy and product sales activities for Identity Solutions Europe.
Work with sales and business development teams to develop and grow Digital Identity footprint in Europe, including adding Trust Providers and Relying Parties to our network.
Clearly articulate the C&I Identity Solutions value proposition for our customers, so it can be leveraged by customer facing teams.
Explain our Digital Identity strategy to partners, at conferences and during webinars.
Drive development of appropriate marketing collateral, training materials and other activities to advance the capabilities of downstream market and account teams.
Develop reporting, analytics and presentations to Senior and Executive Management within the region and C&I Identity Solutions.
Establish processes for ensuring market requirements specific to Identity Solutions are captured and communicated routinely to global product development team. All About You

Strong passion for and expertise in digital identity services, authentication, mobile products, technology, and e / m-commerce.
Superior communication and presentation skills being able to translate a complex topic into a simple and engaging story to inspire account teams to sell to customers
Strong ability to interact with and influence, build consensus and influence across a variety of internal business units and levels of leadership.
Experience in strategy, product marketing and commercialization roles strongly preferred.
Primary work location can be anywhere in Europe
Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced degree or MBA a plus.
Position requires up to 20% travel.
