Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst

Job Purpose

  • GSK has increased expectations around analytics and data-driven decision making to deeply understand business problems, predict outcomes, optimize resources and ultimately provide recommendations.
  • Country Sales Analyst role is created to support the business, drive faster, more confident & informed decision making process.
  • Ultimate goal is to improve business performance in country through data driven business decisions.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Support commercial teams with analyses, data mining, data insights that will lead to better and more confident decision making process.
  • Main Focus on key business disciplines like Sales Force effectiveness, Orange Store, Segmentation and Targeting, consumption, Sales reporting.
  • Scope :
  • Conduct external / internal data analyses leveraging best-in-class reporting & analysis standards (includes standard and ad hoc).
  • Streamline the ComEx analytics processes in country making recommendations for changes in ways of working, processes etc to simplify and speed up the commercial organization.
  • Consumption (Online and offline) reporting and analysis.
  • Actively promote the importance of analytics and a performance management culture with data-driven decision making within the market.
  • Leverage business intelligence systems & champion self-service utilization through capability building initiatives across the commercial organization.
  • Maintenance of area level databased, Orange Store dashboards, Sales report.
  • Lead analytics trainings for commercial organization as required
  • Partner with IT in order to maintain market-level data warehouse and ensure data quality to support analytics.
  • Ensure rigorous business tracking with robust target setting & alignment to global standards o align with other departments ensuring commercial needs are well represented cross functional but also that our entire LOC ways of working and data analytics supports each other.
  • Required skills :

  • Strong Analytical skills, excellent knowledge of CRM systems, Power BI, Excel. Experience in statistical modelling.
  • Best in class problem solver / strong solution orientation
  • Strong understanding of the complexities of syndicated data
  • Experience in applying analytics to answer business questions & provide actionable recommendations.
  • Understanding of analytic practices and methodologies; specific experience in performing analytics in an OTC or Consumer Goods setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with strong customer focus and the capability to influence at different levels in the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a commitment to delivering on-time and quality results.
